5.) how to maintain good skin
Who wouldn't want a healthy glowing skin? We all do. And we try for it too, but the question is do we know how to maintain good skin? Do we know the secrets of attaining good skin in the first place? By reading this article you will find the answers to these questions.
A balanced diet that has all the nutrients included can help maintain good skin. Vitamins are very essential enzymes for the body and the skin and their deficiency can result in various skin related problems. Similarly, water intake should be adequate to keep good skin. On average 8 - 10 glasses of water constitute a human's daily requirement of water.
Regular massage improves the blood flow beneath epidermis which results in fresher looking younger skin. Any lotion and cream can be used for this purpose. Olive oil can be used for the drier skin types, it will relax the skin, restore its elasticity, moisturize it and hence it will look and feel younger.
A weekly scrub removes the dead outer most layer of the skin which will promote good skin. Cleansing should also be practiced daily. Dirt, smoke and wearing make up for long periods can also affect the skin. Dust particles blocks the pores which deprives skin cells from getting oxygen and might result in acne and blemishes. Cleansing helps in re opening the pores.
Fresh juices can rejuvenate your skin. Be sure to take them as beverages or apply their juices directly on your face with a cotton pad. This is the first hand source of vitamins vital for your skin. Lemon juice contains Vitamin C and it heals the skin tissue. Carrot juice contains Vitamin A, which relaxes and maintains the skin cells.
Some natural ingredients like Aloe Vera, olive oil, milk cream, lavender, honey and powered orange peels etc are also used to maintain good skin. Aloe Vera is one of the magical herbs that can solve all the skin problems, remove wrinkles and resume its natural glow. Milk and curd helps the skin in retaining the skin moisture. Honey and lemon can also be used for moisturizing as well as cleansing purposes.
Cosmetics and skin products that you use should be selected with care. Products which contain natural ingredients should always be preferred to ones which contain synthetic ingredients, because of their positive natural effects.
You can maintain good skin by following the tips mentioned above. Avoid alcohol consumption, overworking, sleep deprivation and junk food; they have adverse effects on the skin. Take care and take care of your skin, it deserves it

How to maintain good health
Eat right
<a href='http://a.stanzapub.com/delivery/ck.php?n=a6b200&cb=364f337dcc5b29039db38ef024f22f90' target='_blank'><img src='http://a.stanzapub.com/delivery/avw.php?zoneid=609&cb=364f337dcc5b29039db38ef024f22f90&n=a6b200' border='0' alt='' /></a>
Eat fruits, veggies, dairy, grains, cereals, proteins and lean cuts of meat. Limit the intake of salty and highly fattening foods. An effective plan is that of the Mediterranean eating habits, where you can acquire on a daily basis the nutrients you need, Omega 3 fatty acids (you know, the good kind), and consume generally delicious food in reasonable portion. Exercise
Who has the time, you say? Only 30 minutes, 3 times per week, of moderate intensity cardiovascular workout is all that it takes. You will see not only an improvement in the way you look, but also the way you feel. Physical activity is a great way to release stress.Floss
Brushing doesn’t remove every piece of plaque. Lucky us, we have dental floss, which removes food particles in between teeth and at the gum line. Those who don’t floss regularly have much higher chances of developing an oral disease, such as gingivitis. So, grab that string and start flossing!Reduce Stress
Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to unwind briefly and take a few deep breaths, inhaling slowly, and then exhaling as you clear your mind. While at work, sit upright, with a straight-back, in your chair. Place both of your arms out to the side and gradually move them upward, meeting directly above your head. Bring them down together in front of you. This should make you feel lighter, calmer, and generally less-stressed for a period in the day.Smile and laugh
When you feel that tension building in your neck or you find yourself grinding your teeth, stop and just smile. You’ll instantly feel relieved from your worries. Rent a funny movie or laugh about a ridiculous joke your friend told you. The important thing, just take some time out to laugh and flash that beautiful smile, even if it’s only for yourselfBalanced Diet?
Eating a balanced diet means choosing a wide variety of foods and drinks from all the food groups. It also means eating certain things in moderation, namely saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, refined sugar, salt and alcohol. The goal is to take in nutrients you need for health at the recommended levels.
2)how to handsome?
STEPS
STEPS
- Stand-up straight. Hunching over can not only cause back problems but makes you look as if you have no self-confidence. Sit-up straight too, for the same reasons.
- 2Smile. Smiling will make you appear happy, confident and outgoing. It will refrain you from looking tired and in despair.
- 3Take showers. Do this every day. Use soap while showering.
- 4Dress fashionably. Wear a belt and wear Polo's, or even a dress shirt.
- 5Have a good sleep in the night to look fresh.

1.) How to maintain body weigth?
Step 2 After a week, weigh yourself on your usual scales. You’ll probably have lost a little more weight. If so, add another 250 calories to last week’s daily allowance. So, if you were having 1,500 calories a day, now have 1,750 calories daily.
Step 3 After a week, weigh yourself again. If you’ve lost more weight, add an extra 250 calories to your daily intake, for example from 1,750 calories to 2,000 calories each day.
Step 4 After a week, if your weight has stabilised that’s the amount of calories you need each day to keep your new slim shape. If you’ve gained a tiny amount, drop your daily calorie intake by 100 calories, for example, from 2,000 calories to 1,900 calories daily. After a week, weigh yourself again. If your weight has stayed the same, that’s the amount of calories you need each day for weight maintenance. If your weight has gone up or down, juggle your daily calorie intake by 50 calories a day until your weight eventually stabilises.
Step 5 Weigh yourself once a week on your usual scales until you are confident that you’re maintaining your healthy weight.
Five Step Plan
Step 1 Once you reach target, add 250 calories a day to your existing daily calorie intake. This means if you’ve been having 1,250 calories each day, you should now have 1,500 calories a day.Step 2 After a week, weigh yourself on your usual scales. You’ll probably have lost a little more weight. If so, add another 250 calories to last week’s daily allowance. So, if you were having 1,500 calories a day, now have 1,750 calories daily.
